About the Author
Errol Korn, M.D. is a board certified specialist in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He is a clinical faculty member of the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. Dr. Korn is a Fellow and Certified/Approved Consultant of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and Past President of the San Diego Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He is author of Visualization; The Uses of Imagery in the Health Professions; co-author of Imagery and Sports Performance, and a contributor to several other books. He has consulted with NASA, The Young President s Organization, and a wide range of national companies, organizations, and teams to enhance their performance. George J. Pratt, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical and consulting psychologist and for the past decade has served as Chairman of Psychology, Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California. Dr. Pratt is a Fellow and Certified/Approved Consultant of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and Past President of the San Diego Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He has been in private practice for over thirty years specializing in performance enhancement, hypnosis, mind/body techniques and psychotherapy. He is on the faculty of the University of California, San Diego. His other books include Instant Emotional Healing: Acupressure for the Emotions and A Clinical Hypnosis Primer. i'm a workaholic and damn proud of it

the book is well laid out, easy to read and captures the meaning and reminds you of it over and over.
i resonated with the idea of the positivity around productiveness, passion and enjoyment around your profession.
the universal principles of focusing on what you value most and doing it well is made sense of in this book.
highly recommended for the person who is looking to find meaning behind why they do what they do.
there are easily laid out characteristics of how to become a hyper perform in work, life, day to day, etc...as well as the AIM approach to finding some answers to increase your performance are basic, well understood and THEY WORK, simple!
i work well with constant reminders and a good sum up each time, this book has it, as well as sticking to the overall purpose while giving some golden nuggets that are keepers, well done George!

Change your mindset - change your world

This book far exceeded my expectations. After hearing this book mentioned in an interview with serial entrepreneur, Rob Dyrdek I ordered it to hear the more about Dr. Pratt. So far I've been using his active relaxation technique and positive visualization I've been able to overcome my panic and anxiety attacks almost completely. I HIGHLY recommend this book for people wanting to dig deeper into their thought life and maximize their full potential.

Bad Copy- Ink did not print on left side starting at page 1 to 89.

I need to return this book because unfortunately I received a copy where all of the pages have a blank line down the the left side of the page. The ink completely missed this area of the page and now I have a book that I cant read the beginning or the end of the sentence, I tried but no.
